What are credits?
1 credit = $0.001. Credits are consumed when your AI agent replies to a message or comment. Fast models use as few as 3 credits per reply; the smart router caches common replies at zero cost. With BYOK, credits are not used at all.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from the app. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI replies pause until your next monthly reset. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more credits immediately. BYOK users are unaffected since they use their own API key.
What is the cloud compute budget?
Cloud compute covers GCP Cloud Run usage for your deployed apps and agents. Free gets $5/month; all paid plans get $15/month. Custom agents you deploy scale automatically and only consume compute when active.
Do I need my own AI API key?
No. Every plan includes built-in Oro AI models. BYOK is optional on all plans including Free. Supported providers: Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and OpenAI.
Can I manage multiple pages and businesses?
Free: 1 business + 1 agent. Starter: 3 each. Pro: 10 each. Max: 20 each. Business: unlimited. Each business gets its own dedicated AI agent with a separate knowledge base and persona.
Is my data safe?
